Candidate attraction and retention is hugely important with ongoing skilled labour shortages likely to increase. Valuable foreign workers returning home and lower levels of young workers training in construction can only exacerbate the problem, so we aim to maintain a core of workers that are paid fairly and appropriately as well as attracting further quality personnel through continuity of work, providing assignments with clients that understand the importance of a safe and positive working environment.
